Since 2004, the New Albany Community Events Board has been responsible for planning, promoting, and managing the annual Independence Day Celebration.  The New Albany Community Events, Inc. (NACE) was established in 2008.

The NACE currently organizes the annual Spring Egg Hunt, The annual 4th of July Parade, Festival and Fireworks and The FallFest.
